Anaís (Ana Isabel) Angulo Delgado (Málaga, 1985)
Multidisciplinary artist, curator, cultural manager and teacher. Opened for collaborations and multicultural projects. Her art work usually connects second hand pieces of furniture and objects from the streets to build installations and sculptures. They try to represent a metaphor of the streets or the neighbourhoods where they come from. Her projects are poetic, between an abstract and figurative form that speak about her feelings caused for the urbanism of the cities where she is living. There is no only a landscape, architectural and interior design influence but also a network of stories with the communities involved.
Angulo had a scholarship as Resident Postgraduate Artist (ARP17 Scholarship) in the 2016/17 call of the Faculty of Fine Arts of the UMA (University of Malaga), previously registered the Master in Interdisciplinary Art Production (2015/16) and the Degree in Fine Arts Arts (2010/15) in the same faculty. In addition, she is a Project Technician and Director of Decoration Works by the School of Arts of San Telmo in Malaga (2007/09).
